• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize available shopping tools and technology to support sales and alternative purchasing processes
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times
• Support product discovery through digital tools such as QR codes and virtual catalogs

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts and travel
