Implement project setup operations in Deltek Costpoint and Integrify to maximize effectiveness and accuracy. Audit the accuracy of contractual information entered in the system and monitor the operation of the financial systems. Develop solutions to project setup issues and work with systems design to implement new features. Work on problems of varied scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Network with senior internal personnel in own area of expertise. Work with little instruction on day-to-day work, and general instructions on new assignments. Collaborate with client teams, contracts, and internal financial staff to identify and work through complex challenges and provide creative solutions. Work with teams to optimize results against predetermined targets and shift priorities to meet department and company monthly and quarterly targets.

Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience with accounts receivable in the government services industry
• Experience using Deltek Costpoint and Excel
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and display a commitment to accuracy
• HS diploma or GED

• Experience using V-lookup and Pivot Table functions in Excel
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree

Salary range: $43,700.00 to $89,000.00 (annualized USD).
