Supervise up to 15 associates in the Meat/Seafood Department;
Assist Meat/Seafood Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department;
Interviewing and training associates;
Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates;
