Harris Teeter - - Responsibilities:
Supervise up to 15 associates in the Meat/Seafood Department;
Assist the Meat/Seafood Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department;
Interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; assist in appraising performance; reward and discipline associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems;
Ensure adherence to Harris Teeter policies and applicable laws in supervisory responsibilities;
Maintain high standards of customer service and department operations
