You are shoe-obsessed. When a customer enters the store, you’re a shoe sleuth on the hunt for the perfect styles to suit their needs, making recommendations to ensure customers leave with the perfect fit and the Famous Feeling.

- Has a High School Diploma/GED.
- Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
- Experience motivating others as part of a team to accomplish goals.
- Manages multiple tasks and communicates direction set by the store manager.
- Mentors and trains Associates on selling and operational processes.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Ability to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Knowledgeable in general retail practices and procedures needed to keep things running smoothly.
- Experience as a team player with energy and enthusiasm to encourage fellow associates and achieve goals together.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate the game plan set by the store manager.
- Mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
- Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
