Engage with pet parents and their pets to provide positive experiences in-store, over the phone, at the register, and online;
Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with product recommendations throughout the store;
Prepare online orders for pickup in-store and ensure a smooth pickup experience;
Maintain store cleanliness and pet safety standards, including care of store-owned pets;
Support store operations with pricing changes and promotional activities; assist in various areas as needed
