Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support retail operations across assigned stores. In this field-based role, you'll implement planograms, build and refresh product displays, verify pricing and shelf tags, and ensure on-shelf availability to drive sales. You'll stock, rotate, and front product, report on inventory and execution, and communicate with store personnel on priorities and issues. Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain planograms and shelf layouts
• Build, refresh, and maintain product displays and signage
• Stock, rotate, and front product to ensure availability and presentation standards
• Verify pricing, shelf tags, and promotional materials are accurate and current
• Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and backroom and report discrepancies
• Document work completed using company systems or mobile tools
• Communicate with store management on priorities, schedules, and issues
• Follow store and company safety, loss prevention, and compliance guidelines
• Travel between assigned retail locations as scheduled
• Support special projects, resets, and seasonal merchandising changes
