Provide and model best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly;
Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates, Retail Keyholders, and Assistant Store Managers;
Schedule store associates and manage payroll/paid time off;
Ensure store is neat, organized, and merchandised per guidelines and oversee inventory control;
