Game Stop - 7525 Tidewater Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly; respond to guest questions and concerns professionally;
Promote store initiatives and verify guest loyalty programs and promotions;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of store associates; supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in Store Manager's absence;
Process guest transactions accurately using the POS system and maintain a clean, organized sales floor;
Assist in achieving sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative duties
