Assist the Meat/Seafood Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department;
Supervise up to 15 associates; interview and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline associates;
Address customer inquiries and resolve problems in the Meat/Seafood department;
Ensure compliance with Harris Teeter policies and applicable laws; support safety and food safety requirements;
Maintain knowledge of products and department operations to support sales and customer satisfaction
