Relationship Specialist
ADP is hiring a Relationship Specialist.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)As a Relationship Specialist, you will support client retention in our mid‑size accounts division. Your day‑to‑day work will include:
- Building client relationships as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador via phone, virtual sessions, and in‑person visits.
- Negotiating pricing and multi‑year agreements, responding to annual price‑increase inquiries, and working with Business Unit contacts to secure concessions.
- Coordinating and reporting on client outreach and loss‑reduction programs, particularly First‑Year Client Experience initiatives.
- Maintaining market penetration and competitive product reports; managing client responses and survey follow‑ups to resolve concerns independently and with the appropriate departments.
- Monitoring team queues to ensure workload balance and timely issue resolution; participating in pilots, councils, and team meetings as needed.
- 3–5 years of directly related experience in client engagement, outreach, marketing, negotiations, or conflict resolution.
- A college degree is preferred but not required; valuable skills gained through military experience are also acceptable.
