Lead Generator - Norfolk

The Retail Representative is responsible for engaging with customers through face-to-face, in-store outreach to promote products, generate leads, and collect customer feedback. This position requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to achieve daily performance goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Field Engagement:
Interact with customers in retail and high-traffic locations to present product information, answer questions, and generate interest in services or promotions.

Lead Generation & Sales:
Promote products and services, secure customer commitments, and generate qualified leads or sales opportunities.

Goal Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets, including lead generation and customer engagement quotas.

Customer Relations:
Build rapport with potential customers while maintaining a professional, positive, and courteous attitude.

Reporting & Documentation:
Accurately track customer interactions, leads, and sales activity, and submit reports to the Marketing team in a timely manner.

Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with management and team members to support marketing initiatives and achieve company objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and walk long distances in varying weather conditions.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to support customer engagement and business needs.

Reliable transportation and dependability in managing travel requirements and field equipment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
