Position: Field Sales Pro: Fire & Life Safety Contracts

Overview

CSP has partnered with a growing commercial sales company to identify an Outside Sales Representative with strong relationships in property management, facilities, and commercial real estate.

This role focuses on selling code required fire protection and life safety service contracts that are mandated by local and state regulations. If you already work closely with property managers, building owners, or facilities leaders and enjoy relationship driven sales, this is an opportunity to turn trusted connections into recurring, long term revenue.

What you will do
  • Leverage existing property manager and facilities relationships to generate new business
  • Identify and pursue new accounts and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
  • Conduct in person meetings with property managers, building owners, and decision makers
  • Partner with inside sales to identify opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Maintain and grow relationships with current customers
  • Track pipeline, activity, and opportunities accurately within CRM
  • Stay informed on industry trends and compliance requirements that create new sales opportunities
What we are looking for
  • Three or more years of outside sales experience ideally in fire protection, facility services, construction, or building services
  • Existing relationships with property managers, facilities directors, or commercial real estate professionals strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close business
  • Strong consultative sales skills with excellent follow through
  • Comfort working independently in the field and managing a territory
  • CRM experience preferred
