What You’ll Do- Respond promptly to internet, phone, chat, and digital sales inquiries.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and provide an exceptional first impression.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and help drive showroom traffic.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with sales managers and product specialists to maximize lead conversion.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience throughout the sales process.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
- Previous sales, customer service, call center, BDC, or automotive experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
