About the Role

This is more than just sales; you’ll build relationships, negotiate freight deals, solve complex logistics issues and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. No experience necessary: we offer a paid, hands‑on formal training program in sales and logistics.

• $40,000 - $50,000 minimum compensation first year, based on education
• Uncapped commission opportunity – average representative hits six figures after three years

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help account executives solve customer needs, find carriers, and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book of customers, meeting sales metrics and becoming eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers, negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery

• College degree preferred but not required
