PT Sales Associate
Position Summary
As a retail associate, you will deliver a transformational client experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven environment. You will build and maintain relationships, communicate brand philosophy, and ensure sales and operational policies are followed.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive sales and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a memorable customer experience using strong selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate and promote the brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers.
- Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist the team with visual and operational aspects of the role, including loss prevention.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Hourly rate: 15.00 USD – 15.00 USD (based on experience and location).
