Position: Agent Success III / Marketer

Agent Success III / Marketer Premier Senior Marketing

Job Summary

The Agent Success III will be responsible for sales and revenue for assigned agents and agencies. The role includes tracking and managing weekly KPIs (phone time, agent follow‑up, activation rates), providing marketing and sales support, and ensuring success in partnership with carriers and products.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide marketing/sales support to agents and agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships for continued success.
  • Develop a full understanding of supported carriers and products.
  • Communicate advantages of doing business with Integrity and carriers.
  • Input and support new products and sales processes.
  • Achieve weekly KPIs to support company goals.
  • Support the Agent Success VP in defining departmental strategy.
  • Collaborate with other Agent Success Managers across departments.
  • Continuously educate yourself on industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Primary Skills & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4–6 years of sales experience or related experience.
  • Experience in insurance, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present sales and training materials to large groups in person, on the phone, and via virtual platforms.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
