Summary:
Sells new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Meet dealership sales goals.
- Greet customers and determine their preferred make, type, and quality of vehicle.
- Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in showroom or on a demonstration drive.
- Suggest optional equipment for purchase.
- Compute and quote sales price, including tax, trade‑in allowance, and discount.
- Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales (sales slip, contract).
- Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Research availability of models and optional equipment.
- Engage in business development.
- Address customer concerns.
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Participate in required training.
- Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
- Follow safeguards rules, regulations, and company core values.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Observe all federal, state, local, and company safety rules in performance of duties.

Position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands- Regularly talk or hear.
- Frequently stand, walk, and sit.
Duties performed throughout premises, indoors and outdoors, including customer test drives. May be exposed to varied work environments. Work involves frequent movement and heavy standing.

Base salary: $35,360. Commission compensation based on sales volume with no upper limit. Potential production bonus based on individual or team performance; range $0.00 (baseline benchmarks not met) with no fixed upper limit. This description may be revised at the discretion of the company.
