About the role
At Boston Scientific, you will support our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) technologies as a key clinical and commercial contributor. You will provide hands‑on education, sales support, and expert clinical guidance across a defined territory, collaborating with hospitals and healthcare providers to promote best‑in‑class outcomes and adoption of innovative CRM solutions.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary clinical expert during device implants, patient follow‑ups, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver impactful education and training to healthcare professionals on product use and clinical benefits.
- Attend procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and key hospital staff to foster trust and drive engagement.
- Resolve customer needs efficiently, collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure patient and clinician satisfaction.
- Manage product inventory according to company guidelines, ensuring readiness and availability.
- Participate in a rotational 24/7 on‑call schedule to support patients and clinicians in real time.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience.
- Minimum of 0–2 years of professional work experience.
- Ability and willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on‑call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) lab, cardiac device clinic, or Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) lab.
- A degree in biomedical engineering, science, mathematics, business, or nursing.
- Solid background in medical device sales, clinical education, or clinical research.
- Strong initiative and accountability, with a track record of achieving objectives independently and in team‑based environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex therapies and technologies to diverse clinical audiences.
- Deep commitment to innovation, patient care, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
The annual base salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, plus variable compensation under the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and core and optional benefits.
