Havtech in Columbia, MD invites recent graduates to join its Sales in Training program, a 12–18 month development track designed to build technical and sales acumen in HVAC.
During the program you will learn to review plans, price equipment, prepare proposals, and collaborate with Account Managers to drive bid opportunities while building relationships with customers and manufacturers.
