What You'll Do

• Develop and grow new customer relationships through proactive sales efforts
• Manage freight from prospecting through pickup, delivery, and invoicing
• Source and negotiate with carriers to maximize profitability
• Build long-term relationships with both customers and carriers
• Utilize cutting-edge TMS, CRM, and technology tools to operate efficiently
• Manage multiple shipments while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Solve transportation challenges with urgency and professionalism
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy gross margins

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of cradle-to-grave freight brokerage experience
• Proven success developing new business and growing accounts
• Strong transportation and logistics knowledge across FTL, LTL, and specialized freight
• Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated professional who excels in a remote environment
• Experience with modern TMS, CRM, and digital freight technology
