We are currently seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and people-oriented Marketing Promotions Associate to join our team in Hampton, VA. This is a hands-on, on-site opportunity designed for individuals who want to gain valuable experience in marketing, promotions, sales, customer engagement, and business development

You’ll work alongside our marketing and sales teams to build brand awareness, generate new customers, and help our clients grow through promotional campaigns conducted in partnered retail environments.

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive sales.
• Represent our clients and their products in a professional, positive, and engaging manner.
• Build strong relationships with customers through direct, face-to-face interactions.
• Educate customers on products and services while identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Participate in client and product training sessions to develop strong product knowledge.
• Identify new sales opportunities and consistently work toward achieving individual and team goals.
• Maintain a professional presence within retail environments and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to support successful daily campaigns and overall business growth.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
