Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing incoming calls and radio traffic, and assisting with security-related requests.;
Monitor communication systems, receive reports of incidents or service needs, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Document routine activity, incidents, and service calls in logs and reporting systems, helping to support accurate communication and follow-up.;
Coordinate with on-site teams, supervisors, and local responders when appropriate to relay information, support emergency response activities, and help maintain organized operations.;
Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring tools and communication channels, helping to identify unusual activity around the location and perimeter.
