Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy cruise operations location;
Screen passengers, visitors, crew members, and/or personal items in accordance with post procedures and access requirements;
Respond to incidents, prohibited item findings, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while reporting security-related concerns to appropriate personnel;
Monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the terminal, boarding areas, and perimeter as directed
