Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and authorized personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
* Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, process authorized visitors, and report unusual activity or access-related concerns in accordance with site protocols.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with supervisors, site contacts, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for suspicious activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

* A Guard Card or license is preferred.
* CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
