Solvere Technical Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Security Administrative Assistant to join our team in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities- Provides technical support for PII and SHVR databases;
- Supports access control and security management; processes DOD visit requests, camera passes, and clearance documentation;
- Performs data entry and record‑keeping;
- Supports security training programs, ACS, CCTV, badge management, and fingerprinting.
- 3 years experience in Security disciplines (Physical, Personnel, Industrial, Anti‑Terrorism, OPSEC, Incident Response)
- Experience with Lenel or equivalent security systems, CCTV, and access control
- Proficiency in Adobe and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Preferred: DSS or Military Service Security Certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NDA requirements
