Provide customer service by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a cruise operations location;
Screen passengers, visitors, crew members, and/or personal property using approved equipment and inspection procedures;
Monitor access points such as terminal entry areas, gangways, and/or restricted zones, checking credentials and directing individuals according to post instructions;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or screening exceptions in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership when appropriate;
Complete required logs, reports, and/or screening documentation while maintaining professional interactions with guests, employees, and vendors
