Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and/or assisting visitors, staff, and students with entry requirements.;
Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Help to deter unauthorized access by monitoring doors, gates, and restricted areas, documenting activity, and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the campus location and perimeter, observing conditions and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
