Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, helping to identify and report suspicious activity and/or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and help to follow established entry and exit procedures for employees, guests, and/or vendors;
Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and helping to address security-related concerns in a professional manner
