Provide customer service to clients and employees by managing dispatch communications, documenting security-related activity, and following site-specific procedures for the location.;
Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service and route information to the appropriate personnel in a timely, professional manner.;
Respond to incidents, critical situations, and emergency-related communications in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate resources and relay updates to supervisors, first responders, and/or site contacts.;
Track daily activity, maintain accurate logs and incident reports, and support access control, visitor coordination, and other security-related operations for a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment.;
Conduct regular and random patrol support by dispatching officers to assigned areas, monitoring coverage around the business and perimeter, and communicating changes in site conditions as needed.
