Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Respond to incidents, technical issues, and critical situations by gathering details, relaying accurate information, and coordinating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed;
Maintain detailed logs, reports, and records of calls, incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related matters in accordance with site policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, while helping to identify unusual activity and report maintenance, access control, and other security-related concerns
