Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor communication channels, receive calls and reports, and coordinate the timely dispatch of personnel to incidents, service needs, and other security-related matters across the location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting key details and relaying updates to site contacts, field personnel, and/or management.;
Support access control and after-hours activity by monitoring alarms, cameras, and other systems, helping to identify unusual activity and escalating concerns according to post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and status checks, helping to track coverage of the business and perimeter while maintaining accurate logs and reports
