Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Screen passengers, visitors, crew members, and/or personal items for prohibited items and other concerns while following established access and screening protocols;
Respond to incidents, screening alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors and/or local personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, boarding zones, terminal access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns;
Report security-related concerns to supervisors or local personnel
