Provide customer service to guests, passengers, crew members, and/or visitors by carrying out screening procedures and site-specific policies.;
Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or personal items entering designated areas using approved equipment and inspection procedures.;
Monitor entry points and access control areas, verify credentials when required, and deter unauthorized access to restricted spaces.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the terminal, boarding areas, and perimeter, while observing for unusual activity and supporting security-related operations.
