Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, phones, and other dispatch systems to identify security-related concerns and relay information to appropriate personnel;
Receive, document, and dispatch calls for service, incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical events;
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and communication records;
Support access control and after-hours operations by verifying visitor, vendor, and employee information;
