Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour
What You’ll Do- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service and coordinate security-related responses across the location.
- Document incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity in a timely manner, and communicate updates to site contacts, field personnel, and leadership as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to support timely communication and resource coordination.
- Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and dispatch oversight, helping to identify issues around the business and perimeter as working environments vary by location.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
