Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy cruise terminal location;
Screen passengers, visitors, crew, baggage, and/or personal items at designated entry points in accordance with post orders and security-related protocols;
Respond to incidents, prohibited item discoveries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to supervisors and/or local authorities as needed;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or restricted item possession through consistent screening practices;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the terminal, boarding areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location
