Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities;
Monitor and control access to campus buildings and restricted areas by checking identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and/or delivery documentation;
Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, key, and/or access records in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and prepare required reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, buildings, and surrounding perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized access
