Sr HVAC Technician

The SR HVAC Technician is experienced in all phases of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating and assists the leadership ( Manager, Director) with daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service, achievement of goals and objectives, customer satisfaction, and in meeting regulatory requirements.

This individual serves as the technical resource for other team members through participation in quality control and improvement activities, staff development activities, and provides daily support to team members. The Sr HVAC Mechanic also helps leadership with facilitating and monitoring the work process of a designated team, including internal construction projects.

• On site from Glenrock Road/Norfolk, Virginia
• Trade/Technical School Graduate OR 3 years’ experience in lieu of Trade School Diploma/Degree.
• Refrig Recovery:
  Cert Type I or II, JHVA

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Trade School Graduate preferred or
• 3 years' HVAC experience in lieu of Trade School Diploma

• Refrig Recovery:
  Cert Type I or II, JHVA Certification (Required)
• Valid VA or NC Drivers' License (no points)

• 3 years of HVAC experience
• Healthcare preferred but not required
• Refrigerant Recovery Cert required from EPA :
  Cert Type I or II, JHVA
