CTR Group is seeking an Ironworker for long-term projects in Hampton Roads. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape steel components to required dimensions.
- Install and secure beams, columns, and other structural elements using bolts, rivets, or welding.
- Operate cranes, hoists, and rigging equipment to position steel components.
- Perform welding and related tasks as required.
- Inspect completed work for alignment, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements.
- Prior experience in ironwork or structural steel installation preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Familiarity with welding techniques (FLUX, STICK) is an advantage.
- Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Work is performed on construction sites and fabrication facilities.
- Exposure to outdoor conditions and heavy equipment.
- Use of personal protective equipment is required.
