We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Lagging department. This position is located in Norfolk, Virginia. We are looking for an Insulator - J4, from 3pm - 11:00pm.
Shift: ALL
Security Clearance: No Clearance
JOURNEYPERSON 4 (INSULATION MECHANIC)- Must meet all Journeyman 3 Insulation Mechanical requirements.
- Must be able to read and interpret insulation drawings, layout, and install.
- Must be able to design and fabricate lagging pads.
- Must be able to install lagging pads on pipe flanges, valves, ventilation systems, and engine exhaust systems.
- Must be able to fabricate miters out of calcium silicate.
- Must be able to install calcium silicate and fabricated miters properly.
