Perform general maintenance on building structures and systems including floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical Electrical, plumbing;
Respond to elevator, tunnel station, and fire alarm trouble calls;
Assist with refrigerant recovery certification requirements as needed;
Assist in maintaining hospital infrastructure to ensure reliability and safety
