• Engine Expertise:
  Maintain and repair Cummins, Caterpillar, John Deere engines as well as outboard motor experience
• Systems Knowledge:
  Handling low voltage electrical systems, pneumatic air systems, hydraulic systems, and plumbing systems efficiently.
• Welding and Cutting
• Safety and Environmental Protection:
  Uphold crew safety, vessel safety, and environmental protection standards.
• Machinery Maintenance:
  Perform maintenance and repair of all vessel machinery, equipment, and structural components within engineering spaces.

• Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Willingness to travel and spend time out of town on repairs as needed
• Valid Driver License
• Valid TWIC Card
• Must have a Satisfactory Background Check
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle the demands of working on a vessel
• Subject to Random Drug Screening
