Receive service calls from Service Resource Center and obtain description of equipment malfunction;
Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications;
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and manuals to diagnose problems;
Communicate with district staff and customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain signatures on service acknowledgements;
Participate in an on-call rotation and maintain readiness to respond to service requests
