What You'll DoTravel to customer homes in a company-provided service vehicle
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
Deliver quality repairs with safety and professionalism
Educate customers on repair options and solutions
Maintain truck inventory and manage parts efficiently
Complete service documentation using a mobile device
What We're Looking For High school diploma or GEDEPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience with HVAC service and repair preferred
Ability to safely use diagnostic and repair tools
Ability to follow procedures and deliver quality workmanship
Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile technology
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to pass background and drug screening
