Duties
You will disassemble and repair a variety of components including compressors, evaporators, condensers, cooling coils, air handlers, bearings, water control valves, air dampers, etc.
You will apply knowledge and skill in the principles and theories of air conditioning and refrigeration.
You will lubricate moving parts and replace air filters, v belts, electrical motors, pulleys, sheaves, bearings, fan shafts, etc.
You will diagnose, locate and repair malfunctions to the main operating mechanical components of large, complex heating, ventilation; air conditioning, and refrigeration systems (HVAC).
