Respond to elevator, tube station, and fire alarm trouble calls;
Perform general maintenance on building structures and systems including HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing;
Maintain facilities during third shift (nights) and rotating shifts;
Assist with refrigerant recovery certification and related safety/compliance tasks;
Support ongoing facility improvements and preventative maintenance programs
