At Forrest Powered by Home Pro, we work hard outside, so you won t need pesticides inside! Our Home Service Lead Carpenters are committed to this purpose. Child and Pet Safety are always first. We use integrated pest management to evaluate and correct possible pest issues and use reduced-risk pesticides focused outside to keep pests from entering the home. We offer paid training for our Service Technicians who deliver valuable service to customers every day.

• Perform crawlspace structural repairs including floor joists, beams, subfloors, and sill-plate repairs, subfloor reinforcement and replacement, and moisture damage repairs.
• Complete outdoor trim carpentry and wood repair including fascia boards, soffits, exterior trim, and wood replacement.
• Perform home services such as attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation and insulation, vapor barrier installation, and French drains.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a problem solver to meet all customers’ needs.
• Complete required service‑related documentation.

• Pay of USD $20.00 to $25.00 hourly.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in carpentry, construction, or home repair.
• Knowledge of framing or structural carpentry preferred.
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
