What you’ll take on Travel to customer residences using a company-provided service vehicle
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
Deliver quality, safety-first repairs and clearly communicate solutions
Educate homeowners on repair options and system care Maintain truck stock and manage parts for efficient service
Complete service documentation on a mobile device

Your background
High school diploma or GEDEPA Type II or EPA Universal CertificationVA Journeyman HVAC Certification Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting ability
Experience with HVAC service and repair preferred
Confidence using diagnostic and repair tools safely
Process-driven with pride in workmanship
Comfortable with smartphones and mobile apps Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers
