Remove, repair, overhaul, install, align, and test mechanical and hydraulic systems on ships and submarines;
Repair and overhaul marine mechanical components such as diesel engines, hatches, valves, pumps;
Work in accordance with SUBSAFE requirements and NAVSEA Submarine Safety Requirements Manual;
Troubleshoot marine engines, motors, pumps, and hydraulic systems in shipyard or marine repair environments;
Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and work instructions for complex mechanical systems
